Silver Hill Lions Club supports our community in many ways, such as vision and hearing screenings, feeding the hungry, donating to food banks, local community college scholarships, Leader Dog, Christmas dinner for a senior citizens community, donations to fire departments and boy scout troops, working with Prince George's County to help the less fortunate during the holiday season...
